Mobile Services Lab in project marathon at MIT Media Lab

stepwatch_videoNew Media Medicine’s second annual Health and Wellness Innovation activity was held at the MIT Media Lab in early 2011. Eleven teams took their ideas for patient empowerment from concept to prototype in just two weeks. Their exciting results have been captured in a series of videos, one of which presents the work carried out at Mobile Services Lab at Wireless@KTH.

Mobile Health Mashup is a small research project collaboration between Wireless@KTH, Department of Communication Systems, and Motorola Applied Research. Frank Bentley, a principal research scientist at Motorola will carry out two pilots togeter with Associate Professor Konrad Tollmar and guest researcher Cristobal Viedma at the newly established lab for infrastructure on mobile services at the Department of Communication Systems at KTH.
