Are service providers using the right return-on-investment (ROI) calculations for Service Provider Wi-Fi? And, where is the real money? In indirect monetization or direct monetization? Or perhaps both?

Aptilo Networks, the leader in Wi-Fi service management solutions, will share their experience from 100+ carrier Wi-Fi customers and give you the formula for service provider Wi-Fi success and why Venue Wi-Fi and customer retention are such crucial components for success.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Must Service Providers go Wi-Fi?
  • What is the cost of churn?
  • Is Wi-Fi the last piece of the customer retention puzzle?
  • What is the impact of Wi-Fi Calling?
  • What is the real ROI for Wi-Fi?
  • Why are Venue Wi-Fi services (operator managed Guest Wi-Fi) important and how do you leverage them successfully?
