Submission Guidelines

  • Submitted papers must represent original material that is not currently under review in any other conference or journal, and has not been previously published. All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with overlength page charge of USD 100 is allowed. Additional page charge needs to be paid in case of acceptance). Papers exceeding 7 pages will not be accepted at EDAS, nor reviewed.   • The paper should be used as basis for a 15 minute workshop presentation.
  • All submitted papers will be reviewed by up to three experts and if accepted, published in the conference proceedings, which will be available at IEEEeXplore and registered in Engineering Index (EI).
  • Accepted papers will be available at IEEEXplore. At least one author of accepted papers is required to register at the full registration rate.
  • Papers should be submitted in pdf format by selecting Globecom 2014 workshops at EDAS paper submission website, and then selecting the  GBA Workshop submission link.
